The downloadable version of VAT Calculator is no longer available and hasn't been updated in a while, which means that you might not be able to get rid of that nag screen. However, on the tool's official website there's also an online version, which offers basically the same functionality and interface and that most likely is "nag-free".
Alternatively, you can also try contacting the developer directly at [email protected] and see if he can assist with your issue.
